Aquarium on the move
It was harder than usually to get to the Primorsky Aquarium on Sunday, May 22: the Russky Bridge was closed for motor traffic, instead, a lot of people were running along. Four circular routes of ZaBeg (=Run the Round), the VI All-Russian Half Marathon, had their start and finish on the Far-Eastern Federal University (FEFU) campus and passed through Russky island and the Russky Bridge.
We never miss the opportunity to test ourselves. The Primorsky Aquarium is not just fish tanks and dolphin pools, - it’s also a large and strong team, which supports the welfare of our animals and creates amazing space and atmosphere to entertain and edutain both children and adults. Our staff members accepted the challenge and took part in the race, having chosen the distances of 21.1, 10 and 5 km.
Watch the video and feel how it felt there: excitement and exhaustion, constant motion and overcoming yourself and this final run at the top of your form and pure happiness when you reach the finish line!
