Let’s go to the Aquarium!
The Primorsky Aquarium resumed operations on September 10. During our closure, we have been preparing for our reopening, and now we are so happy to see you all again!
Please carefully read our temporary visitor guidelines that are designed to protect the health of both visitors and staff members.
● In order to maintain proper safety, please purchase e-tickets on our website.
● The number of tickets will be limited so that the main building of the Aquarium will host no more than 500 people at a time.
● Please note that Aquarium + Dolphinarium tickets are not available now because the Dolphinarium is temporarily closed.
● Face masks are required for adults and children while inside the Aquarium.
● At the entrance you will be asked to pass a temperature check. Please understand that this procedure is mandatory.
● Floor decals and ‘keep a safe distance’ signs are installed in some areas of the facility. Pay attention to them and maintain social distancing throughout your visit.
● You can explore the exhibits on your own or go on a guided tour. The size of a tour group should not exceed 5 people. Audio tours are currently unavailable.
● Drinks and snacks are sold only from the vending machines. Food and drinks are not allowed in the exhibits but on the second floor there is a lounge area with tables for your convenience.
● The shuttle bus operates on its usual schedule with two breaks for disinfecting.
See you at the Primorsky Aquarium!
