May holidays at Primorsky Aquarium
During the May holidays, the Primorsky Aquarium will operate on a special schedule: from May 1 through May 10, the facility will be open to the public daily from 10 a.m. till 8 p.m.
On May 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, the Dolphinarium’s stars – bottlenose dolphins, white whales and walrus Misha – will demonstrate their skills to visitors at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. We are delighted to inform you that the Primorsky Aquarium has lifted its COVID-19 restrictions, and the Dolphinarium is now operating at full seating capacity.
In the exhibit devoted to Lake Baikal, you will be able to watch aquarists feed charming Baikal seals at 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., and on Friday, May 6, the sessions will take place at 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Penguin feeding will be at 4 p.m., and on Friday, May 6, it will be conducted at 3:30 p.m.
You can also enjoy a feeding display with sharks and rays that will be held throughout the May holidays, except Mondays, May 2 and 9, because Monday is a fasting day for the animals.
Do not miss a touch tank feeding event in the Sea of Japan/East Sea exhibit: it will take place from 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on May 3, 6 and 10.
