New director at the Primorsky Aquarium
On November 17, Sergey Loginov was appointed Director of the Primorsky Aquarium, Branch of the NSCMB FEB RAS. The appointment order was signed by the governing board of the FSBSI “A.V. Zhirmunsky National Scientific Center of Marine Biology”, Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Alexander Mikhailyuk, who had headed the Primorsky Aquarium since December 2016, resigned from this position at his own request to continue his working career in the European part of Russia.
Prior to his new appointment, Sergey Loginov served as Head of the Maintenance Department at the Primorsky Aquarium.
Sergey Loginov was born in Vladivostok in 1972.
He was educated at Far Eastern Technical University.
Loginov has gained broad managerial experience since 2005 when he started working in various senior positions.
