The Ambassador of France to Russia pays a visit to the Primorsky Aquarium.
On September 13, 2018, a group of French diplomats headed by Mme Sylvie Bermann, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Russian Federation, visited the Primorsky Aquarium. The delegation also included the first secretary of the French Embassy in Russia, the cultural advisor, the military attaché and the head of Economic Section of the French Embassy and the coordinator of Alliance Française in Russia. The introductory tour for the honored guests was held by academician Andrey Adrianov, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The diplomats viewed the exhibits of the scientific and educational centre and attended some learning laboratories where in the framework of a number of educational projects launched by the Aquarium classes on marine biology are conducted.
According to the press attaché at the French Embassy, Mme Bermann was very glad to have an opportunity to see the Aquarium’s collections and noted that she would have spent much more time there If the schedule of the 10th Eastern Economic Forum had not been so tight.
